The property also features private drive parking.

Can accommodate up to 8 people.

- Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds

- Living Room - 1 x Sofa Bed It is equipped with a modern kitchen stocked with all utensils/items you would need when away from home. It has a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

There is tea/coffee/sugar/milk available for all guests and coffee pods for the coffee machine within the kitchen. All guests have private access to enclosed slabbed garden area with an outdoor dining table.

There is a cosy living room with smart TV, streaming services and Internet access.

There is plentiful seating areas with a sofa being able to change into a sofa bed for ultimate rest and relaxation. There is also downstairs W/C available for use.

Upstairs has a recently refurbished bathroom with grey hues, equipped with Egyptian cotton towels, complimentary toiletries (toilet rolls, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash).

Off the landing there are 3 stylish bedrooms with comfortable beds, storage for clothes and luggage and full-length mirrors.

There is private parking on the drive (fits 4 average sized cars) with plentiful on street parking.

PLEASE NOTE: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also have to pay a refundable deposit due to accidental damages.

If no damage has occurred, the full amount will be returned. You will have the whole house to yourself and will not be sharing with anyone.

Late Check Out Charges:

• Late check out can be extended by 1 hour if needed but you must let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaners.

Failure to leave 2 hours after check out time will result in a £50 charge.

Anything after 2 hours will result in a day rate charge.

Check In Details:

• Times are from 4pm. Early check in can be arranged. If before 2pm, an additional charge may apply.

Smoking Policy:

• There is strictly NO SMOKING policy and if found to have been smoking there is a £150 charge.

Lost Keys:

• Loss of front door key or no return of front door key/fob will result in a £50 charge
